Find your order documents

Where invoices, manifests, COAs, and the WCIA JSON link live — and the two ways to grab them.

Where invoices, manifests, lab COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and the WCIA JSON link live in the portal — when each one generates, what Coming soon means, and the two places you can grab them from.

The four documents

Every confirmed order generates four types of documents. They sit together in a Documents card inside the order's detail page:

  • Invoice — the bill (PDF). Generated when your MWAH rep confirms and assigns the invoice number.

  • Manifest — the state-required transport manifest, traceable by the WSLCB (Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board) (PDF). Generated at fulfillment, before the order ships.

  • COA — lab COA (Certificate of Analysis) (PDF), one per product. Lab-issued for each lot you receive.

  • WCIA JSON link — a URL for the WCIA traceability JSON your inventory system imports (see Get your WCIA JSON link).

Two ways to grab them

Same documents, two surfaces. Pick whichever's faster for what you're doing.

Path 1 · From the order's detail page

Open Order History from the top nav. Tap any order to see its detail page. Scroll to the Documents card — it sits below the line items. Each document has its own row with a Download button (or Get link for the JSON) once ready.

Path 2 · From the kebab menu on Order History

Skip the detail page entirely. On Order History, every row has a (kebab) button on the right. Tap it and a small menu drops down with the same four documents — Invoice / Manifest / COA / WCIA JSON. Each row shows its current state: Download (pink, ready), Coming soon, or — for the WCIA JSON link — Copy (covered in Get your WCIA JSON link). Tap to grab without opening the order.

Why some show "Coming soon"

Documents appear when they're generated upstream — they don't all show up the moment you submit. The cadence is:

  • Invoice — within 24 hours of confirmation (your MWAH rep generates it in our backend)

  • Manifest — at fulfillment (when the order's prepped to ship)

  • COA — when lab data lands for each product's lot (varies by product)

  • WCIA JSON — after transfer is complete

Brand-new order? Expect "Coming soon" on all 4

Right after you submit, all four document rows show Coming soon — that's the normal state for a fresh order. As each one gets generated, the row switches from Coming soon to Download (or Get link for the JSON). You'll get an email each time a document becomes ready.

Heads up: If a document still shows "Coming soon" several days after delivery, that's a flag — message your MWAH rep via Submit a request.
