Edit or cancel an order

The change-request workflow — what is editable when, and what happens after you submit.

Need to change an order after you've placed it? Here's the change-request workflow — what's editable when, what your MWAH rep approves, and how to cancel cleanly.

Before vs after Confirmed

Right after you submit (status: Pending), you can edit the order yourself — open it, tap any pencil, and adjust line items, delivery details, or notes. No approval needed.

Once your MWAH rep confirms it (status: Confirmed), edits go through a change-request approval flow.

Submit a change request

On a Confirmed order, tap Request a change. You'll see three paths:

  • Edit line items — change quantities, add or remove products, then submit for rep approval

  • Change delivery details — date, address, contact phone, notes

  • Note-only request — describe what you need in plain language (for anything that doesn't fit the structured paths)

What happens after you submit

Your request lands in your MWAH rep's queue. They review it and either approve or deny it. While you wait, the order shows a Pending change banner so you know it's mid-review. You'll get an email when your rep resolves it.

Approved + updated

When your MWAH rep approves the request, the order detail updates to show what changed. Line items show ▲/▼ arrows for quantity changes, New tags for additions, and struck-out counts for removals — so the diff is clear at a glance. You'll get an email confirming the approval.

Cancel an order

To cancel entirely, open the order and tap Cancel order. You'll be asked for a cancel reason (required). Cancelled orders stay in Order History — greyed out, with the reason inline. They never go away, so you can always audit your cancel history.
