Scheduled delivery dates, status timelines, and what every transition means for when boxes arrive.

Your scheduled delivery date

Once your MWAH rep confirms the order, they assign a delivery date. You'll see it in two places on the order's detail page:

  • At the top of the order header (e.g., Delivery: Apr 18)

  • In the Delivery card lower down on the page

The status timeline

The right side of the order detail page shows a vertical status timeline with timestamps:

  • Pending — you sent it (timestamp = your submit time, awaiting rep review)

  • Confirmed — rep accepted; delivery date assigned

  • Shipped — the state-required transport manifest is generated, and the order's in transit to your store

  • Delivered — boxes have arrived at your store

When will my order arrive?

The scheduled delivery date is the target — most orders hit that day. If something delays the order (weather, traffic, supplier issue), your MWAH rep updates the date in the system and you get an email notification. Check the date on the order header any time for the latest.
