Every order moves through a series of statuses, shown as a colored badge in Order History: Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered (or Cancelled). Here's what each badge means and what you can still edit at each stage.
Pending
You've sent the order, but your MWAH rep hasn't reviewed it yet. Editable: you can still edit line items, delivery, and notes directly. No approval needed.
Confirmed
Your MWAH rep accepted the order, and the delivery date is set. The invoice is generated soon after. Editable: edits now go through the change-request approval flow (see Request a change to an order).
Shipped
The order's transport manifest (the state-required transport manifest) has been generated and the order is in transit to your store. Editable: very limited — most changes are locked once an order ships.
Delivered
The order arrived at your store. Editable: no — the order is closed. If something's wrong (a short shipment, damage, and so on), reach out to your MWAH rep directly.
Cancelled
The order was cancelled (by you or your rep), with a reason recorded. It stays in Order History greyed out so you can audit your cancel history. Cancelled orders never count against your delivery cadence or invoicing.
