You can link more than one store to your account. There are two paths: at sign-up during registration, or any time from Account → My Stores. Either way, MWAH reviews and approves the new store before it goes live.
From Account → My Stores
This is the faster path if you're already signed in. Open the Account tab → My Stores. You'll see every store currently on your account. At the bottom, tap + Request additional store. Enter:
The store name
The WSLCB (Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board) license number
Your role at that store (buyer / manager)
From the registration flow (first-time signup)
If you're not signed in yet, store linking happens during registration. The sign-up flow asks for your work email plus the WSLCB license numbers of every store you'll order for. You can stack multiple stores at this stage — tap + Add another store on the registration form to add more rows.
Who approves
Either path, your request goes to MWAH for approval. Your MWAH rep verifies the license and that your account should have access (usually within a business day). You'll get an email when it's approved — at which point the new store shows up in your pink store picker on the Shop screen. See Switch between stores for how to switch between stores.
