If your store's license number in the portal is wrong, here's how to submit a correction request.

When to use this

Use a license correction request when:

  • Your store's license number shown in the portal is incorrect (typo, old number, wrong store linked)

  • The license number on file is for a different store than the one you operate

  • Your license was renewed and the new number needs to replace the old one

How to submit

Open the store with the wrong license. In the store info card, tap Request license correction. Enter:

  • The correct license number

  • A brief reason for the correction (typo, renewal, wrong store, etc.)

Your store's license on file is shown at the top — for example, Lic #123456. Submit a correction and your MWAH rep will verify it against the WSLCB (Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board) database before applying.

What a manager approves

Your request lands with MWAH's manager team. They'll verify the new license against the WSLCB database. Once approved, the license updates in the portal and on all future orders. You'll get a confirmation email when it's resolved.
